Robinhood Proposes SEC Framework for Tokenized Real-World Assets

Financial technology platform Robinhood has submitted a proposal to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) outlining a nationwide framework for regulating tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). The proposal aims to modernize financial infrastructure by ensuring regulatory equivalence between tokenized assets and their traditional counterparts, enabling compliant onchain settlement processes.
