In a security breach, four Chinese nationals have been arrested and deported in Paraguay following an alleged attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers used in crypto mining operations. According to Prosecutor Irene Rolón, the group targeted a secured room at a local mining facility. Local authorities were alerted by a tip-off regarding a locked room with suspicious activity, leading them to uncover the suspects. Upon investigation, they discovered four Chinese nationals within the room. Authorities identified these individuals using digital translation tools and documents confirming their nationality as Chinese, and it was found that three of them had entered Paraguay illegally. Interpol assisted in determining that the individuals had crossed borders from Bolivia and Brazil without proper authorization. Authorities are continuing their investigation into this incident and have taken swift action to address the situation.
