Xinbi Guarantee: $8.4 Billion Illegal Transactions Linked to Platform

Xinbi Guarantee, a platform registered in Colorado, has been implicated in facilitating $8.4 billion in illegal transactions, primarily involving USDT, according to Elliptic Blockchain Security Reports. This raises concerns about the vulnerability of cryptocurrency to money laundering activities, despite Xinbi Co. Ltd.’s official registration status. The platform’s operations are concentrated on Telegram channels within Southeast Asia. Notably, it is ranked as the second largest illicit crypto market globally, only surpassed by the defunct Hydra network. While operating under a façade of financial services with a U.S. registration in 2022, Xinbi’s registration became delinquent in 2025. The platform’s alleged illegal activities highlight regulatory challenges and the persistence of unregulated crypto markets despite previous shutdowns.
