Crypto and stock trading platform eToro has increased the size of its highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO) to $620 million. The company is pricing its shares at $52, surpassing its earlier range. In a press release dated May 13, the firm and existing shareholders sold over 11.92 million shares, according to the statement. Trading will commence on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 14 under the ticker symbol ETOR. The company’s IPO comes after previously setting its goal for $500 million through a sale of just 10 million shares at prices between $46 and $50.
