eToro IPO Prices Above Range, Raising $620 Million for Digital Platform

Crypto and stock trading platform eToro has secured a larger initial public offering (IPO) by pricing its shares above the previously announced range. The company raised over $620 million through the sale of 11.92 million shares at $52 each, set to commence trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 14 under the ticker symbol ETOR. This surpasses the initial target of raising $500 million with a potential offering of 10 million shares priced between $46 and $50.
