Galaxy Digital Set to List on Nasdaq, Moving Closer to Public Markets

Galaxy Digital is one step closer to joining the ranks of publicly traded U.S. crypto firms. The company has received approval from the SEC to redomicile from the Cayman Islands to Delaware, clearing the path for a potential listing on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol GLXY. While finalization is expected by mid-May, it hinges on two key approvals: a green light from the Toronto Stock Exchange (where Galaxy currently lists) and a shareholder vote at a special meeting today.
