Ethereum Foundation Allocates $32.6 Million in Q1 2025 Grants

The Ethereum Foundation announced its Q1 2025 grant distribution of $32.6 million, supporting various initiatives within the Ethereum ecosystem. This funding was allocated through the Ecosystem Support Program (ESP), designed to foster growth and innovation across different areas. These grants were distributed amongst several categories, including community and educational projects, zero-knowledge and cryptography advancements, execution layer development, developer tools, and broader ecosystem expansion. 101 grants were awarded, with a significant focus on community and education initiatives, funding conferences, bootcamps, and hackathons like ETHPrague and ETHiopia. The foundation also allocated funds to enhance the developer experience and tooling through projects involving software-development kits (SDKs), analytics platforms, and validator tools.
