Leading cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, has announced planned maintenance activities for two altcoin networks in May. On May 9th, 2025, wallet maintenance will begin for the Tron (TRX) network. This will temporarily suspend deposit and withdrawal transactions for TRX and other coins on the network, with operations restarting automatically once stability is restored. Similarly, on May 15th, 2025, Binance will initiate a critical hard fork upgrade for the eCash (XEC) network. This process involves suspending deposit and withdrawal services around 14:00 Turkish Time. Spot trading on XEC will remain unaffected throughout this period while Binance handles all technical aspects of this process. Once completed, deposit and withdrawal operations will resume automatically without further notice.
