Arizona Governor Signs Bill to Create Digital Asset Reserve Fund

Arizona’s governor, Katie Hobbs, has signed legislation establishing a reserve fund for unclaimed digital assets. The bill, House Bill 2749, grants the state control of funds left unclaimed by owners for three years or more. This follows a process for identifying and managing these assets, as outlined in the new law.
