Crypto Attacks Result in Significant Losses in April 2025

A recent report by PANews reveals that April 2025 saw numerous cryptocurrency attacks, causing an estimated loss of $357.11 million. Unauthorized Bitcoin transfers alone accounted for a substantial $330.7 million of these losses. Notably, projects like KiloEx, zkSync, and Term Labs managed to recover approximately $14.4 million from these incidents. Other significant attacks included one targeting Loopscale that resulted in a loss of $5.8 million, and another on MorphoLabs which incurred losses of $2.6 million through a front-end attack.
