The Trump-linked investment firm MGX has invested $2 billion into the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, utilizing a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by World Liberty Financial (WLFI). This deal was announced by Eric Trump, the son of former President Donald Trump and executive vice president of the Trump Organization, during a panel discussion at Token 2049 Dubai. The USD1 stablecoin from WLFI has been used for this investment, marking MGX’s foray into the cryptocurrency world.
