The list was compiled using GitHub data by analyzing open source code changes for public projects. What surprised many is that iExec RLC (RLC) now tops the list, surpassing Internet Computer (ICP) for developer focus despite minimal difference in score. Interestingly, RLC, which was not even in the top five last month, has risen in developer attention. While interest from developers is high, its price has fallen by 54% in the past year and currently trades at a 92% lower price point than its all-time high four years ago.
