Mastercard and MetaMask Partner for New Stablecoin Payment Card

Mastercard is set to launch a revolutionary metal payment card this summer (2025) in collaboration with MetaMask. This innovative card will allow users to seamlessly spend directly from their self-custodied cryptocurrency wallets, removing traditional barriers. Using MetaMask’s cards and the Linea network, transactions can be processed instantly on Ethereum, completing purchases within just five seconds.
