FTX Takes Legal Action Against NFT Issuers, Seeking Recovery of Missing Assets

FTX has filed lawsuits against NFT Stars and Delysium, alleging these companies failed to deliver promised tokens critical for asset recovery efforts. These legal actions are part of FTX’s broader strategy to retrieve assets owed by token issuers. The estate is actively pursuing repayment of creditors as it prepares to distribute funds in May.
