Mastercard Partners with Circle and Paxos for Stablecoin Payments

Mastercard is revolutionizing merchant payments through a strategic partnership with payment processor Nuvei, stablecoin issuers Circle and Paxos. The new initiative will enable 150 million merchants across the Mastercard network to accept stablecoin payments seamlessly, regardless of how customers pay. This expansion follows Mastercard’s recent foray into crypto-enabled cards in collaboration with OKX.
