FTX Sues NFT Companies for Unpaid Tokens Following Bankruptcy

Crypto exchange FTX has initiated legal action against two NFT companies, NFT Stars and Delysium, in an attempt to recover digital assets they allege were withheld following the company’s collapse in November 2022. The lawsuits mark a continuation of FTX’s efforts to recover funds for its creditors and maximize recoveries from the bankruptcy proceedings.
