Pro-Ripple Lawyer Claims SEC Stay Silent on XRP’s Speed, Justifying Settlement

Bill Morgan, a prominent lawyer advocating for Ripple, has questioned the SEC’s silence on the speed of their XRP Ledger. Morgan highlighted that during the lawsuit, the SEC never challenged Ripple’s claim regarding payment settlements occurring within seconds, despite multiple opportunities to do so.
