Prosecutors Seek Over Six Years for Mango Markets Exploiter

U.S. prosecutors have demanded a hefty sentence for Avi Eisenberg, the individual behind the $100 million exploit on Solana-based DeFi platform Mango Markets. Seeking up to eight years in prison, they allege Eisenberg’s actions constituted a premeditated attack, defrauding investors and ultimately shutting down the company. Eisenberg’s guilty plea in a separate child exploitation case has also been cited by prosecutors in seeking such a substantial sentence.
