New Hampshire Bitcoin Reserve Bill Moves to Full Senate Vote

A bill enabling New Hampshire to allocate a portion of its state funds for digital assets and precious metals has advanced to a full Senate vote after passing its second committee. House Bill 302 (HB 302) received unanimous support from the second Senate committee on April 23rd, paving the way for a final vote in the full Senate. The legislation, introduced last January, passed the New Hampshire House with a strong majority (192-179 votes). Now, it awaits approval by the full Senate and, if successful, will require the governor’s signature to become law.
