Metaplanet Doubles Bitcoin Holdings, Reaches 50% of Long-Term Goal

Metaplanet Inc., a publicly traded investment firm on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, has significantly bolstered its Bitcoin holdings. The company recently acquired an additional 145 Bitcoins, bringing its total to 5,000 BTC. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s long-term Bitcoin strategy and positions it at the 50% mark of its goal to accumulate 10,000 BTC by year-end 2025.
