IOTA Launches Rebased Upgrade on May 5th: New Era Begins

The IOTA ecosystem is poised to enter a new era with the upcoming Rebased network upgrade scheduled for May 5, 2025. This major transition will replace Stardust and bring enhanced wallets with no token migration required. The launch kicks off with 13 validators participating in the Genesis Ceremony; full validator onboarding and infrastructure rollout will follow shortly afterward.
