SEC Drops Fraud Case Against Richard Heart, Crypto Prices Surge

The SEC has officially dropped its fraud case against Richard Heart, the creator of Hex, PulseChain, and PulseX, following a dismissal in court. This move has resulted in significant price increases for associated cryptocurrencies, bolstering investor confidence amidst existing regulatory challenges. The SEC’s original lawsuit alleged that Heart raised $1 billion through fraudulent means, but the judge found that these activities primarily occurred outside the United States and not targeting U.S. investors.  Heart expressed his relief over this decision, stating: “I appreciate Judge Amon’s careful ruling which has dismissed all of the SEC’s claims against me.
