Gibraltar Court Dismisses Token Freeze Order in PLAY Network Dispute

The Supreme Court of Gibraltar has lifted a freeze on 542 million PLAY tokens previously ordered by the court in a legal dispute between two companies tied to the Web3 game platform, PLAY Network. Judge John Restano reversed his earlier February freeze order, finding that it could negatively impact the value of the tokens and lacked sufficient evidence for its continuation. The decision was made following an April 17 judgment.
