Class Action Lawsuit Targets Meteora DEX over Alleged $M3M3 Token Scam

Solana-based decentralized exchange Meteora is facing a class-action lawsuit from investors alleging the platform’s leadership engineered a deceptive launch of its $M3M3 token. The lawsuit claims that Meteora CEO Benjamin Chow, venture firm Kelsier Labs, and executives Hayden, Gideon, and Charles Thomas Davis conspired to manipulate the market and mislead the public about the token’s offering.
