Blockchain-Based Real Estate Platform Launches Marketplace with $1 Billion Portfolio

A new partnership between Ethereum-based real estate platform Blocksquare and Florida-based firm Vera Capital has launched a marketplace offering fractional ownership in over $1 billion worth of U.S. commercial properties. The collaboration will allow global investors to purchase tokenized shares in various properties across seven states, with the initial offerings stemming from Vera Group’s existing portfolio consisting of office buildings and retail plazas.
