VanEck Proposes Bitcoin Bonds as Solution for US Debt Refinancing

Van Eck has suggested using BitBonds, a novel debt instrument designed to address the United States’ massive $14 trillion in outstanding debt. This innovative approach aims to manage refinancing costs. These 10-year bonds would be structured with 90% of their value invested in low-risk U.S. Treasury bonds and the remaining 10% allocated to Bitcoin.
