Ripple and SEC Reach Preliminary Settlement in XRP Lawsuit

In a significant development for the XRP case, Ripple Labs has reached a preliminary settlement agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This agreement pauses ongoing appeals while both parties finalize terms. 50 million dollar settlement is expected as key part of this deal.
