60-Day Pause Granted in Ripple Appeal as SEC and Ripple Reach Settlement Talks

A joint request from Ripple Labs and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted a 60-day pause on the appeal of an SEC case against Ripple. The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit approved this motion, which allows for negotiations between the two parties to take place before the case resumes.
