SEC Delays Decision on Grayscale Ethereum ETF Staking Until June 1

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has pushed back a decision on whether to allow Ether staking in two of its ETFs. This includes the Grayscale Ethereum Trust and the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust. The SEC’s announcement states that it will now make a decision by June 1st. However, the ultimate deadline for a complete approval or denial is still October 2025. 🕵️‍♂️
