Google Enforces New MiCA Crypto Advertising Rules in Europe

Google begins enforcing MiCA crypto ad regulations across 27 EU countries on April 23rd. This new policy requires exchanges and wallets to hold licenses under MiCA or CASP guidelines, ensuring compliance with Google’s accreditation standards. This update aligns with the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework introduced in December 2024.
