Circle will be launching its stablecoin, USDC, on the Monad blockchain’s mainnet on day one. This partnership enables developers to utilize a robust and secure financial infrastructure within the Monad ecosystem. 60 billion-dollar stablecoin USDC will be available through Circle’s CCTP v2 protocol for cross-chain transfers, which boasts fast settlement times of seconds. Circle Wallets are also being integrated into the network, offering developers enhanced wallet integration to support a wide range of DeFi applications. This move comes as Monad prepares for mainnet launch after successfully navigating its public testnet earlier this year. The project’s compatibility with Ethereum and presence in various sectors like DeFi, gaming, and payments further highlights its potential within the blockchain space.
