The Arbitrum Foundation has unveiled a vision for its future operations, introducing two key changes. First, Arbitrum Aligned Entities (AAEs) will assume responsibility for strategic, discretionary, and operational decisions. Second, the team aims to streamline representative roles, reducing workload. By empowering AAEs, the DAO can operate more efficiently, attract top talent, and foster innovation in new business lines and initiatives. OpCo, a dedicated body, will manage project execution and protocol negotiations, while the Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT) will monitor all AAE activities for accountability and smooth operations. This revamped structure seeks to enhance transparency and effectiveness throughout the DAO.
