Abu Dhabi Fines Crypto Firm $12M for Unlicensed Activities

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has levied a hefty penalty of over $12 million on crypto firm Hayvn and its former CEO, Christopher Flinos, for breaches related to AML regulations and unlicensed activities. The authority took action against Hayvn Group and Flinos in response to investigations uncovering violations that exposed clients to financial risks.
