Grayscale and Osprey Settle Lawsuit Over Bitcoin ETF Promotion

Asset managers Grayscale Investments and Osprey Funds have reached an agreement to resolve their two-year legal dispute regarding advertising and promotion of Grayscale’s Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF). The settlement, finalized after the parties agreed to a court filing in April, will see Osprey withdraw its appeal.
