Thailand Enacts New Crypto Regulations to Combat Fraud

In a bid to bolster cybersecurity and tackle illicit activities in the cryptocurrency sector, Thailand has introduced stricter regulations. The newly enacted rules, approved by the Cabinet, aim to enhance the government’s capacity to monitor and prevent cybercrime while also imposing heavier penalties for those involved in unauthorized transactions.
