Ripple Case Remains Unresolved: SEC Disputes Claim of Victory

The SEC continues to contest the case against Ripple, dismissing a recent attempt by non-parties to submit evidence on grounds of insufficient jurisdiction and procedural flaws. While Ripple maintains that the legal battle has concluded, the SEC insists it’s in the midst of an appeal process.
