Bitget Implements New Burn Mechanism, Burning $120 Million in BGB

Crypto exchange Bitget is set to burn more than 30 million of its native token BGB for the first quarter of 2025, fueled by a new utility-based burn mechanism. This update directly connects quarterly burn volumes to on-chain gas fees paid through Bitget’s GetGas accounts.
