Concerns over U.S. trade policy under President Trump are driving European investors to reallocate their assets, as reported by PANews. Stephane Boujnah, CEO of Euronext, observed a growing trend for European investors to shift physical assets like gold away from the United States and towards Europe. This move is triggered by the impact of Trump’s trade policies, which have generated uncertainty in the market. Boujnah emphasized that the international financial landscape is experiencing shifts due to changes within the U.S., while Europe stands out as a compelling alternative for investors thanks to its strong property rights and environmental stability. Since the introduction of comprehensive tariffs by Trump, global stock markets have lost approximately $10 trillion in value. Boujnah believes this trend will further strengthen European appeal among investors.
