SEC Eases Restrictions on Stablecoins: What This Means for Users

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has taken a step back from regulating certain stablecoins, finding that these digital assets are not securities in nature. This new classification means the SEC won’t apply traditional investment regulations to them, unlike crypto tokens previously deemed as investments. !
