Musk Lawsuit Against OpenAI Set for Jury Trial in 2026

A jury trial regarding Elon Musk’s lawsuit against artificial intelligence company OpenAI is now set to take place in the spring of 2026, according to a recent ruling by U.S. federal judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers. The trial will continue the legal battle between Musk and OpenAI’s CEO, Sam Altman, which has been expedited through Judge Rogers’ decision.
