The Southeast Asia Blockchain Week (SEABW) 2025 has been cancelled following a devastating earthquake in Myanmar and Thailand. The event, scheduled for April 2-3 at ICONSIAM in Bangkok, was to bring together industry leaders and enthusiasts to discuss the latest Web3 trends and opportunities in one of the world’s fastest-growing regions. Organizers made this decision after a massive earthquake claimed over 2000 lives and injured thousands last week. To show solidarity with those affected and prioritize safety concerns, SEABW organizers have canceled the event, offering full refunds to attendees. A community meetup will be organized for those in Bangkok who are willing to participate.
