Bitfarms Secures $300 Million Financing Deal for Pennsylvania Data Center

Nasdaq-listed mining company Bitfarms has secured a $300 million private debt financing agreement with Macquarie Group, paving the way for the development of its upcoming HPC project at Panther Creek in Pennsylvania. The initial funding of $50 million will be utilized to kickstart construction at the data center. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from this agreement is up to $300 million upon completion of all necessary documents.
