Kentucky Withdraws Lawsuit Against Coinbase, Joining Other States in Rolling Back Legal Action

Kentucky has dropped its lawsuit against Coinbase over its staking services, marking the third state to withdraw legal action against the exchange in recent months. This move comes as a result of Kentucky’s decision to join other states in requesting clearer regulatory guidance from federal authorities regarding cryptocurrencies.
