Circle Internet Group Set to Go Public on NYSE

Circle Internet Group, the issuer behind the stablecoin USD Coin (USDC), has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the SEC. This move will list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “CRCL”. However, details regarding the number of shares to be offered and the IPO price remain undisclosed in the S-1 filing submitted on April 1st.
