MakerDAO Whales Avoid Liquidation Amidst Ethereum Price Dip: OSM Protection Takes Center Stage

Recent fluctuations in the Ethereum price led to potential liquidation for two prominent MakerDAO whales. However, thanks to the Oracle Security Module (OSM), these positions were preserved from imminent risk. The OSM acts as a buffer, delaying price updates by one hour, and thereby shielding the MakerDAO system from premature liquidations.
