BitGo CEO Calls for Crypto Regulation After Galaxy Digital Settlement

BitGo CEO Mike Belshe has joined the call for stronger regulatory oversight within the cryptocurrency industry, following a $200 million settlement between Galaxy Digital and New York’s Attorney General (NYAG). Belshe believes that sufficient regulation is key to addressing industry problems, while also warning of potential unintended consequences from overregulation. ❌
