Uniswap Rebounds After SEC Closes Investigation

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has closed its investigation into Uniswap Labs, avoiding enforcement action and signaling a shift in the agency’s approach to crypto regulation. This decision follows an industry-wide reassessment of enforcement actions under the new leadership of SEC Chair Gary Gensler.
