According to Odaily, this flaw was discovered by Charlie Eriksen, a malware researcher from Aikido Security, who uncovered a ‘backdoor’ that could pose a significant security threat. Eriksen warns that exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to a ‘potentially catastrophic’ supply chain attack affecting numerous projects.
